Virginia States '08
Saturday, January 26 marked this year's Virginia State yo-yo contest. It was held in at the Children's Museum in Richmond, Virginia, which turned out to be a superb venue once again. A good amount of people who weren’t yo-yoers that were there to go to the museum stayed and watched the contest. Because it was a smaller state competition, there were only two divisions (1a and open).

Polished yoyo's?
As much as I like Hspin yoyo's and plan on purchasing a couple of them in the near future, if the Pyro and G&E's are going to be available again, I am a big fan of polished aluminum yo's. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who would like to see a polished version(satin or bright) of the Pyro or G&E yoyo's. I think it would look totally cool to have the inner recesses anodized and printed with the word Pyro and some graphics, but with the playing surface area left bare polished metal for looks and to avoid damaged finishes.
Euro-Yo.com
