Since 2007, Indonesia did a 1st Yo-Yo Contest. This Year Yo-Yo Indonesia (Yo-In) proudly bring the annualy Indonesian Contest, Kontes Yo-Yo Indonesia 4th 2010.

This year the south central regional contest will be held in a Dallas area park. Out in the open air. The name of the park will be given a soon as we check on needing permits or anything like that. Again thanks hspin for all you do.

Over here in Europe we were extremly sad not to be able to witness this year's BLC contest with a new record of participants, with a lot of entertaining features and most of all...

...with the audience judging side by side to the real judges using any browser-cabaple handheld device!

Exactly. The audience could vote and did vote for their very own winners. HSPIN sponsored the development and implementation of the infrastructure of this very nice feature.

Hey guys!

The Mideast Regional Yo-Yo contest is July 10, 2010 at the Cultural Center in Plymouth MI. Come down for a good time with great players. We have consistently had great players come to the contest. Last year, the winner of our Region in the 1A division, Chris Fraser, took third place at the World yo-yo contest.

Although it is a competition, the Mideast Regional is a laid back, fun event full of camaraderie.

Last weekend I travelled with my hubby Krisztian to Bratislava to compete in the 1A Open division at ASYN. We had a great time sightseeing on Friday evening. The weather was great and the mosquitos just loved me! We drank mojitos in the historic part of the city and climbed the hill to the castle. The contest was the next day. The people there were really amazing. There were some of our Czech and Hungarian friends, plus some people we met at Prague Contest, plus many more. A lot of people asked me about Hspin yoyos! I had a selection for them to try and got a lot of positive feedback.

Here is my freestyle - I placed 9th and Krisztian took the gold. Thanks to Slusny.net for the videos!

The 2010 Hong Kong Yo-Yo Contest will be held on August 28th, 29th - 2010 at KCP(Kowloon City Plaza) . This is the contest that recognized by the World Yo-yo Contest officially in Hong Kong. It is also a competition which represents the dynamic yo-yo scene of Hong Kong Players.

The 2010 Hong Kong Yo-Yo Contest will have

Sport Division
Junior Freestyle Division
Single A (One Handed String Trick Division)
Double A (Two Handed Looping Division)
Off-String Division
Counter-Weight Division
Combined Division(1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A)

Spanish Yoyo Association was created in January 2010 by some spanish yoyo players who understood that the spanish community need a push to grow up. The main objetive is to "spread" the yoyo all around the country, supporting events and having fun.

Our first important challenge will be organizing Spanish Nationals 2010. The contest will be held in Tres Cantos, Madrid, on October 30th and 31st, in collaboration with the youth association AJ3C and Ayuntamiento de Tres Cantos.

There will be 3 divisions:

• Sports Ladder
• 1A
• X-Division (including 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A)

But it's not only a National Contest. There will be also "how to yoyo" lessons for beginners, exhibitions, Olympic Yoyo Games, etc.
